We have been having such a sweet time on a Sunday night in our little restorative pods of delight, for quite a while now and I’m so grateful for your presence.

I am offering 3 classes in March that will be at a specially gifted price of only $25 per class.

I only have 10 restorative pods, (I think I like this name) per class.

I’m offering it only to those who have joined us in the last 6 months.

Grieve and Restore: The Healing Power of Yoga

Yoga, an ancient practice that unites mind, body, and spirit, has long been hailed for its transformative benefits. Beyond offering physical strength and flexibility, yoga possesses a remarkable ability to heal and restore our emotional well-being, making it an ideal companion during times of grief and loss.
Grieving is an intensely personal journey, and no two individuals experience it in the same way. It is a profound process that often leaves us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and emotionally drained. However, through the practice of yoga, we can find solace, restoration, and a renewed sense of hope.
Yoga provides a safe and sacred space for us to explore our grief and release the emotions that weigh heavy on our hearts. In this stillness, we can witness our pain, honor our loss, and continue the healing journey.

We will be gathering together 3 SESSIONS OVER A WEEKEND, to gift ourselves sacred space to grieve and restore.
